Studying the Word of God.
Grasping what the word of God truly says is important regardless of the situation we face. By rewriting a passage in your own words, it forces you to slow down, re-read scripture and think about it more deeply.
During these times of anxiety and panic, we are called to be a people of peace. One of the things we can do to that end is slow down. We are being forced to slow down as a society. Instead of fighting it, let’s embrace it. Let’s slow down together. Take time to connect with God, reflect on who He is, pray, get creative and embrace slowing down.
