Director of Young Adult and Outreach Ministries

full-time

Provide Visionary leadership and strategic direction for engaging young adults (18-35) and cultivating a culture of evangelism, hospitality and community outreach within the church.

young adult ministry goals:

  1. In collaboration with Asbury Pastors develop and implement a vision and strategy for young adult ministry

  2. Plan and lead weekly gathering

  3. Disciple young adults in spiritual formation, leadership and service.

outreach & evangelism goals:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to reach unchurched and dechurched individuals

  2. Organize community oriented ministries (classes, events, etc)
