Director of Young Adult and Outreach Ministries
Full-Time
Provide Visionary leadership and strategic direction for engaging young adults (18-35) and cultivating a culture of evangelism, hospitality and community outreach within the church.
Young Adult Ministry Goals:
In collaboration with Asbury Pastors develop and implement a vision and strategy for young adult ministry
Plan and lead weekly gathering
Disciple young adults in spiritual formation, leadership and service.
Outreach & Evangelism Goals:
Develop and implement strategies to reach unchurched and dechurched individuals
Organize community oriented ministries (classes, events, etc)
