Lead Literacy Teacher

PART TIME: 6 HOURS A WEEK | $45/HOUR

We are looking for a God focused individual to design/adapt literacy curriculum, provide guidance for volunteers, conduct assessments, monitor progress, and collaborate with church staff and volunteers. Other Duties: Support outreach, facilitate communications, attend monthly planning meetings, and maintain a safe space for program sessions (Children’s Center, two rooms, and Kitchen). Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education; background check via Checkr.com and Madison School District App; sign Asbury Safe Sanctuary Policy.

Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday 3:40-5:40 pm (2 hours prep, 4 hours instruction).

Assistant Literacy Specialist
